Dr. Alexandra von Almen is originally from Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She got her degree in Animal Science from Louisiana State University in 2017, then graduated from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. She is passionate about preventive medicine as well as animal dermatology and internal medicine. Dr. von Almen has a three-legged dog at home named Holly who is her entire world. When not working, she, her husband, and Holly enjoy hanging out at the beach and playing volleyball. They also love traveling, and Holly has visited over 10 states!
